How to Apply as an Adult Learner

  1. Review the criteria for qualification as an adult student at Randolph.
  2. Submit the application. You can..
    1. Apply online with our new Global Scholars Application,
    2. Download the application (PDF), or
    3. request an application be mailed to you.

    If you started an online application prior to Feb. 7, 2007, you can return to it here.

    Be sure to check our deadlines to make sure to submit the application on time.

  3. Contact us to schedule a personal interview with the director of the Prime Time and Adult Programs.
  4. Ask someone who knows you and can speak to your interests, goals, ability, and motivation to complete the Recommendation for Admission form in the application packet.
  5. Submit official transcripts from your high school and any college or university you have attended.
  6. Submit a written statement of at least 500 words about your personal and academic history, interests, and goals.
  7. If you are an international student whose native language is not English, submit a minimum score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). You may submit the Scholastic Assessment Test (SATI) in place of the TOEFL if you have achieved an SATI verbal score greater than 500.
