Apply as an International Student

As a student from outside the United States, you'll find a warm and welcoming environment at Randolph College. International students make up 9 percent of our student body and represent 38 nations. A global perspective is a key feature of the College's educational program.

Applying to Randolph is straightforward and simple. Just follow the basic steps outlined below. Questions? Contact us.

  1. Submit the application. You can choose to...
    1. Apply online with our New Global Scholar Application,
    2. download the application and mail it to us, or
    3. use the Common Application Form.

    If you started an online application prior to Feb. 7, 2007, you can return to it here.

    Be sure to check our deadlines to make sure to submit the application on time.

  2. Ask a teacher or guidance counselor to fill out a recommendation form for you. Be sure to note at the top of the form the date by which you would like it returned to the Admissions Office.
  3. Request that your results from the SAT I or TOEFL be sent to Randolph. Our SAT code is 5567, and our TOEFL code is 5567.
  4. Forward your official secondary school transcript and leaving certificate (if applicable) directly to the Admissions Office.
  5. Submit an essay of at least 400 words on a topic of your choice.
  6. Submit the Application for International Student Financial Aid and supporting bank statements or affidavits showing that you have the financial ability to attend Randolph for the duration of your studies.
